I'm interesting in bringing some friends Axe Throwing, how exactly does it work?

You’ve got the right idea.  Book your slot/package to accommodate your group. We have 8 interactive smart lanes with a range of games and competitions to choose from. You will receive a full safety brief and a short’ How to Throw’ workshop before we get you sinking steel.

Is Axe Throwing a safe activity?

Absolutely! The safety of everyone in the site is our number one priority, so we have a number of strict rules/instructions in place. You will also receive a full safety briefing before you can pick up an axe! Please make sure that you are completely aware and fully understand all safety measures in place before you start throwing.

Is there parking at there?

There is plenty of free parking at the site!

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Great thinking! You can buy vouchers for individual slots on the social lanes or the value can be put towards our group packages too! All vouchers are issued via email for you to print at home.

How do the Group Packages work/Are you available for private hire?

Our group packages are designed for maximum axe throwing time and most fun had in the allotted time! It is a fixed price for the lane including all the listed features which means; the more people you gather the better price per person – so it’s worth doing a call round for stragglers!

We are available for corporate and private hire. Drop us an email at info@axed-lincoln.co.uk with some details and we will get back to you!

I've been a few times before and loved it! Do you have a League I can join?

Yes, Axe Wielders must be 10 year or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible or bearded adult.

When should I arrive for my booking?

You should a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your booking start time. This will ensure that everyone is fully briefed in good time so you can make the best axe throwing use of your session time!

I need to change the date/time of my booking, is this possible?

Give us a ring a we’ll see what we can do. Note: Please be aware once a booking has been made, amendments can only be made with prior agreement from us.

Is there a dress code?

Checked shirts and bushy bears and man buns preferred but feel free to come in what ever you are comfortable in. Please note no open toed shoes, safety first.

Do you have a bar?

Yes! The bar has soft drinks and light snacks to keep you fuelled while sinking those bullseyes. For bookings over 12 people we have the option to pre-order pizza from our pizza partners to arrive during or after your session (call/email to book). We also serve alcohol for when the axes have been put down so why not stay for a celebratory drink after.

We've had a few down the pub before, can we still come and throw?

Absolutely not! We operate a strict no alcohol policy prior to throwing axes. If it’s deemed that anyone in your party is under the influence of alcohol or drugs before your session, they will not be permitted to throw.

I've got a few more friends that want to join in, can I add some extra Throwers to my party?

Give us a ring to discuss. We can’t guarantee you will be able to add further throwers to your group due to availability, however we will do our best to accommodate. Please be aware that adding extra throwers may incur additional charges to your original booking.

I've heard you have a Rage Room, is this true?

Not quite. A Rage Room is something we’re looking into in the future so keep an eye out for more info!
